北京市東方葉楊紡織有限公司是1995年注冊成立的有限責(zé)任公司，經(jīng)過10年的不斷完善和發(fā)展，現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為集產(chǎn)、供、銷為一體的現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)集團，成為國內(nèi)羊絨行業(yè)最具競爭力的現(xiàn)代企業(yè)之一。
在企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理中，東方葉楊堅持“以質(zhì)量求生存，以信譽求發(fā)展”的經(jīng)營理念，重視質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系的建立與完善。良好的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量贏得廣大客戶的厚愛，使企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大，由原來的單一公司發(fā)展成為一個現(xiàn)代化的企業(yè)集團。下轄企業(yè)有：東莞東方葉楊實業(yè)有限公司、清河?xùn)|方葉楊羊絨紡織有限公司、海南浩弘貿(mào)易有限公司、香港葉楊國際有限公司、北京奧力神新型建材有限公司、泰國富寶針織有限公司等，總資產(chǎn)已逾5億元人民幣。2000年投入資本金近2億元在北京市通州區(qū)漷縣經(jīng)濟開發(fā)區(qū)、河北清河羊絨科技園區(qū)、東莞市東城牛山塹頭新興工業(yè)區(qū)共購進產(chǎn)權(quán)土地16.5萬平方米，自建廠房7萬平方米，現(xiàn)已購進四套全新意大利紡紗生產(chǎn)線及全套的染色設(shè)備，購進德國、日本、瑞士的電腦針織設(shè)備131套，形成集羊絨采購、分梳、染色、紡紗、針織、電腦織造為一體，年分梳無毛絨500噸，染色1000噸以上，紡紗450噸，生產(chǎn)羊絨及其它制品400萬件/套制造能力。
在企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理中致力于“以人為本、科學(xué)管理、誠信經(jīng)營、品牌戰(zhàn)略、求實創(chuàng)新”的企業(yè)質(zhì)量方針，公司現(xiàn)有各類中級以上職稱的專業(yè)的技術(shù)人員近300人，同時還長期聘請各類的行業(yè)專家為技術(shù)顧問，指導(dǎo)公司的生產(chǎn)及品質(zhì)管理，集團公司設(shè)有品管部，各成員公司設(shè)有質(zhì)檢部，全面負責(zé)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理及監(jiān)督工作。建立健全了系統(tǒng)的質(zhì)量管理體系，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，制定了質(zhì)量管理規(guī)程，實行了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量一票否決權(quán)，使產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量有了可靠的保證。1997年注冊的“東方葉楊”牌羊絨制品曾多次被國家纖檢局抽檢為合格產(chǎn)品，在同業(yè)中被評為十大暢銷品牌之一，2002年通過國家纖維產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量認證中心認證，成為中國首家綠色環(huán)保羊絨品牌，多次被消費者評為“質(zhì)量信得過產(chǎn)品”。

Our　total　asset　has　been　over　5　billion　RMB.　We　invest　about　2　billion　RMB　in　some　development　zones.　We　own　100,000　square　meters　international　standard　factory　building　provides　ideal　place　to　be　specialized　in　cashmere　purchasing,　dehairing,　spinning,　knitting　and　computerized　knitting　for　most　complicated　stitches,　made　up　many　complete　production　lines.　The　dehairing　plant　can　produce　500　tons　of　dehaired　cashmere　annually;　the　dyeing　capacity　is　over　1000T/year;　the　yarn　capacity　is　450T/year.　Our　group　is　equipped　with　1500　sets　of　flat　knitting　machines　and　131　sets　of　computerized　knitting　machines　STOLL　from　Germany　and　Shima　Seiki　from　Japan,　the　company　can　produce　over　four　million　units　of　knitwear　annually.
