Established　in　Sep,1989,　Haixia(Sunsea)Garments　Co.,ltd　specialize　in　producing　all　kinds　of　knitted　and　woven　garments　in　mainland　China.　we　have　our　own　R&D　Center　and　we　introduce　American　GGT　CAM　systems　for　apparel.　We　have　400　machinery　equipments　and　three　embroidery　machines　that　all　made　in　Japan.Our　capacity　is　good　and　4-5　days　one　20FT　container　for　us.

Last　year-2000,we　set　up　a　　new　factory　in　Quanzhou　Qingmeng　Industrial　Area.the　factory　covers　18000　square　metres　and　7200　square　metres　for　workshop,1800　square　metres　for　warehouse,11000　square　metres(three　flats)　for　employees’　dormitory.　We　also　introduce　600　computerized　machinery　equipment　and　embroidery　machines　for　production.　There　are　more　than　600　workers　in　the　new　factory.　There　are　single　room　for　management　,suit　for　top　management　and　technician,　standard　room　for　the　couple　and　single　room　for　4　workers.　We　　also　　have　clean　dinning　room　same　as　Mcdonald　.All　the　above　we　had　done　to　satisfy　our　employees　and　they　can　devote　themselves　into　working.

We　produce　all　kinds　of　knitted　and　woven　garments　and　especially　the　knitted　wear.　There　are　total　30　production　lines　and　1000　workers　work　in　the　automatic　lines　same　as　Japanese　style.　We　caculate　time　for　every　production　line　on　the　basic　of　per　second　and　arrange　the　workers　smoothly.　At　the　same　time,　all　our　products　are　strictly　inspected　before　and　finished　production.　All　we　have　done　are　to　improve　and　stable　the　quality,　to　increase　efficiency,　to　decrease　wasting.

We　began　to　introduce　ISO9002　systems　to　our　company　and　had　certified　by　DNV　Company　for　ISO9002　in　2000.
