目前共有250余名員工，生產(chǎn)工人穩(wěn)定，部門設(shè)置完善。技術(shù)工人生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗豐富，８５％以上的工人都是以前在廣東、福建、浙江等中國沿海地區(qū)工作十多年經(jīng)驗的老工人，１５％左右五年工作經(jīng)驗的熟手工人，做工精細(xì)，質(zhì)量保證，生產(chǎn)進度快，貨期從不推期。設(shè)有設(shè)計開發(fā)部，技術(shù)研究部，業(yè)務(wù)跟單部，采購部，生產(chǎn)部，品控部，倉庫，運輸部，行政人事部，財務(wù)部等部門。配有２００余臺先進生產(chǎn)設(shè)備，6條生產(chǎn)線（3條針織T恤，3條梭織），3條裁床，后整燙床12臺。
我司主要以高要求、高質(zhì)量產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)為主。生產(chǎn)／加工產(chǎn)品種類包括針織T恤、衛(wèi)衣、梭織上衣和棉衣、褲子等產(chǎn)品；承接針織T恤，梭織休閑服裝OEM、FOB、來料加工等業(yè)務(wù)。
