本機(jī)主要適合在140℃以下對(duì)棉、毛、麻、滌棉、滌等天然纖維 及其混紡織物的絞紗、筒子紗進(jìn)行染、煮、漂白、清洗等工藝處理。

This product is mainly suitable for process treatment(such as dyeing,boiling,blanching and cleaning,etc)under140 for cotton,wool,hemp,polyester cotton and polyester fiber,etc.natural fiber,and reeled yarn cheese of their blend fabric.

技術(shù)特點(diǎn) Features

1. 循環(huán)染液流量控制根據(jù)不同紗種和染色工藝要求，通過(guò)主泵變頻調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，達(dá)到節(jié)省能源并給予合理的流量，實(shí)現(xiàn)同步染色控制*佳化。

Cyclic dye flow control according to different yarn and dyeing process requirements, through the main pump frequency control system, to save energy and give reasonable flow, to achieve synchronous dyeing control optimization.

2. 結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊的液流換向器，消除換向停頓，增加了循環(huán)次數(shù)，使染色更均勻。

The compact flow commutator eliminates the commutation pause, increases the number of cycles, makes the dyeing more uniform.

3. 采用高效率換熱器，換熱效果好。

The use of high efficiency heat exchanger, good heat transfer effect.

4. 低浴比設(shè)計(jì)(1:3～1:8)，節(jié)省染料、助劑和能源，減少排污量，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。

5. 可變載式紗桿，使容紗量可進(jìn)行有級(jí)變換，達(dá)到固定浴比，提升加工彈性。

標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置  Standard configuration

 1. 機(jī)身和所有與染液接觸部分均采用高度抗腐蝕不銹鋼316制造。

 2. 配備機(jī)械密封裝置的高效率不銹鋼循環(huán)泵，主泵配備變頻器可無(wú)級(jí)控制流量。

 3. 垂直式缸體，配備平衡重錘開(kāi)關(guān)缸蓋及手動(dòng)控制缸鎖，并配備安全聯(lián)鎖裝置。

 4. 新穎高效的管道外置式熱交換器。
