transfer printing theory：
  transfer printing is a kind of new technology which gradually rising up wordwide in recent several years.*****,for making the transfer printing paper of kinds of patterns,print the required patterns onto the special paper with special dye(watersoluble or oil soluble)by advanced printing technology.anadthen,on the transfer printing machine,close the pattern printed side of the transfer printing paper with the textile which will be printed,through the action of heat and pressure,induce the sublimation of the dye which absorbed by the printing paper,so the dye is transferred to the texfile be printed,kinds of required patterns are formed on the prnted textile.
  our factory has fetched in the tcchnology from taiwan,and according to the requirements of the market,also has kept on making dive and improvement to develop the heat-transfer printing machine fo zy series.this machine has self-contained automatic selvage-control entrance keeper and automaticinspecting and rolling machine,which make the whole printing process more convenient.

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)：
1.整機(jī)式主機(jī)機(jī)架，堅(jiān)固不易變形、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，導(dǎo)布機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)靈巧，操作簡(jiǎn)便。機(jī)器的主要部件主滾筒內(nèi)部設(shè)有內(nèi)循環(huán)系統(tǒng)。通過電加熱、油導(dǎo)熱，使?jié)L筒表面溫度控制在±1℃以內(nèi)。
2.采用pid自動(dòng)溫控儀，自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)保溫電流控制精度高。
3.手動(dòng)退毯帶裝置，升降溫時(shí)脫開毯帶，延長(zhǎng)毯帶使用壽命。
4.本機(jī)設(shè)有布邊紙及墊紙裝置，降低毛毯污染，減少清洗次數(shù)。
5轉(zhuǎn)印后之成品免處理，花樣色彩鮮明，柔軟光麗，保持色質(zhì)經(jīng)久不變。
6.印花速度控制采用無級(jí)調(diào)速。

5.the finished transfer-printed product needs no treatment,so it has pattems of vivid color,and it is soft and bright and beautiful,and its color is durable.
