加熱原料，擠出、壓延、冷卻成型*后收卷。

工藝流程：準備→混料→擠出→ 壓延→冷卻→牽引→計米→收卷

產(chǎn)品特性：

    1. 高透光率，提高光伏組件的光電轉(zhuǎn)換效率。

    2. 合理的膠粘度，保證光伏組件的穩(wěn)定性。

    3. 高剝離強度，穩(wěn)定地與玻璃、背膜粘接成一體。

This line is designed for producing EVA solar cell encapsulation film with thickness 0.2-0.8mm. Its width can be made according to user's requirements and machinery performance. The adhesive film is little hot melt shrinkage

 and supplied by rolls and its base film is produced by extrusion cast film forming machine. It can also produce EVA adhesive film for laminated 

glass after changing formula and technique.

EVA封裝膠膜是一種新型的熱固性熱熔膠膜。在常溫下無粘性，便于使用操作。經(jīng)熱層壓產(chǎn)生交聯(lián)固化與粘結(jié)增強等化學(xué)反應(yīng)。

主要用于草坪燈、庭院燈//路燈等太陽能電池組件層壓封裝。

1、EVA Solar Cell Encapsulation Film

This adhesive film is used for packing solar cell. Through hot pressing, it can react hot crosslinked curing and bond enhancement to produce 

permanent bonding and sealing. It is a new thermosetting hot melt adhesive film. The solar cell packed with this film has been test and outdoor 

use for long term. This adhesive film is also applicable to pack small or micro solar cell components for lawn lamp and yard lamp etc., with

 environmental protection, long time UV resistance and nonbrowning.

2、EVA Adhesive Film for Laminated Glass 

EVA is a kind of thermosetting adhesive film with viscosity, used for laminated glass

 (EVA is the abbreviation of Ethylene Vinyl Acetate). The EVA film laminated glass is completely in comply with national standard 《GB9962-99》on laminated glass.
