2、試驗(yàn)板采用特制不銹鋼材料粉末冶金做成的微孔多孔板。在20℃環(huán)境下，以波長(zhǎng)范圍8um到14um 的光束垂直照射于該試驗(yàn)板表面并以半球反射的方式，測(cè)得該試驗(yàn)板表面的輻射系數(shù)高于0.4。相比其他材料制成的試驗(yàn)板，避免了長(zhǎng)時(shí)間濕阻試驗(yàn)后產(chǎn)生的生銹、銅銹（銅綠）等問(wèn)題而堵住試驗(yàn)板

The testing board is made of micro porous plate of special stainless steel material powder metallurgy. The emissivity of the plate surface is measured to be higher than 0.4 at a temperature of 20℃ by irradiating perpendicularly with a light beam in the wavelength range of 8 μm to 14 μm and reflected as a hemisphere. Compared to the plates made of other materials, our instrument will avoid the rust, copper rust (bluish green) and other problems blocking the test plate after the long time evaporative resistance test

3、采用微電腦控制和數(shù)據(jù)處理器，可直接測(cè)定并計(jì)算試樣的各項(xiàng)性能。（熱阻、濕阻、透濕率、透濕指數(shù)、保溫率、傳熱系數(shù)、克羅值）無(wú)需人工計(jì)算.
